Return Policy
Phenology will gladly exchange item(s) received within 30 days of date of shipment, provided the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product(s) to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion. All orders are shipped with an exchange form to help expedite the process.
Shipping
Orders are generally shipped out within 24 hours of placement. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery. However, if you do not receive your order with 21 days please contact our offices at sales@phnlgy.com
